Frequently asked questions

What are check-in and check-out times?

Check-in from 2 pm, check-out by 12 noon. Early check-in and late check-out on request.

What do I need to check in?

A passport or other ID. Check-in takes a couple of minutes — reception is staffed around the clock.

How quiet is it inside a capsule?

Each capsule closes completely and has its own ventilation and lighting. Common areas are separated from the sleeping rooms.

Are there female and male areas?

Rooms are mixed, but we keep one room primarily for women and place female guests there whenever possible. Call us to check availability.

Easier to find than it seems

    Exit Moskovskaya metro — take the far exit towards Aviatsionnaya Street.

    Walk along Moskovsky Prospekt to the Graf Orlov residential complex. Dial 5B at the gate to enter.

    Right after the gate turn right and walk up the ramp.

  4. 4

    Keep to the left side of the courtyard until the last staircase — then follow the “MKS →” signs.

    On the third floor walk back the other way — the “MKS” door is on your right. Welcome aboard!
